كل همسة وكل تعليق يحمل بلدَ نشره ظاهراً تحته، فيعرف القارئ من أين يُخاطَب. وهذه المعرفة جزءٌ من معنى الكلام: نصيحةٌ عن سوق العمل، أو رأيٌ في شأنٍ محلّي، يختلف وزنُه باختلاف من قاله وأين. ولأن البلد يُقرأ مع كل همسة، لا يمكن النشر قبل تحديده.
Every whisper and every comment carries the country it was published from, shown beneath it, so the reader knows where they're being spoken to from. That knowledge is part of what the words mean: advice about a job market, or an opinion on a local matter, carries different weight depending on who said it and where. Because the country is read along with every whisper, nothing can be published before it is determined.
اسم الدولة ورمزها، والمدينة إن اخترتَ إظهارها من الإعدادات. ولا شيء غير ذلك: لا تُحفظ إحداثيّاتك ولا يُسجَّل تنقّلك، ودقّة التحديد مضبوطة على الكيلومتر عمداً — أي أنها لا تكفي لمعرفة شارعك أصلاً. والموقع يُقرأ لحظةَ النشر فقط، لا في الخلفية ولا وأنت خارج التطبيق.
The country's name and code, and the city if you chose to show it in Settings. Nothing else: your coordinates are not stored and your movement is not logged, and the accuracy is deliberately set to the kilometre — not nearly enough to know your street. Location is read only at the moment you publish, never in the background and never while you're outside the app.

Tap the orange bar at the bottom of the composer to retry. If you're on a VPN, turn it off: turning coordinates into a place name goes over the network, and a closed tunnel cuts that off. Then make sure Hamsa has location permission in your device settings.
يفحص التطبيق نصَّ كل همسة عند نشرها. فإن وُجد فيها محتوى جنسي صريح حُجبت عن الجميع فوراً، وظهر لك إنذار. وهذا فحصٌ تلقائيّ لا يقرؤه بشر، فقد يخطئ — وإن رأيتَ أن الحجب في غير موضعه فراسلنا من «المساعدة والدعم» ← «التواصل معنا».
The app scans the text of every whisper as it's published. If explicit sexual content is found, it's hidden from everyone immediately and you get a warning. The scan is automatic and no person reads it, so it can be wrong — if you believe a block was misplaced, write to us from "Help & support" → "Contact us".
المخالفة الأولى إنذار: تُحجب الهمسة ويبقى الحساب. والمخالفة الثانية تُغلق الحساب، فلا ينشر ولا يعلّق. ويظهر لصاحبه حينها سببُ الحجب وبابُ تظلُّم — يكتب فيه مرّةً واحدة، ويصله جواب فريق المراجعة في التطبيق.
The first violation is a warning: the whisper is blocked and the account remains. The second closes the account — no posting, no commenting. The owner is then shown the reason and a way to appeal — one message only — and the review team's answer arrives in the app.
أرسل تظلُّمك من الشاشة التي تظهر لك، ولك رسالةٌ واحدة فاجعلها وافية. يراجعها فريقُنا، فإن تبيّن أن الحجب في غير موضعه أُعيد حسابك. ويصلك الجواب في «التنبيهات» داخل تلك الشاشة نفسها.
Send your appeal from the screen you're shown. You get one message, so make it complete. Our team reviews it, and if the block turns out to be misplaced your account is restored. The answer reaches you under "Notifications" on that same screen.

You control who sees your last seen, your photo and your status, and who may message you. You can export your data or delete your account entirely from inside the app. Details in Privacy choices, and the full policy in the Privacy Policy.
